• Please allow 7-10 business days (not including weekends or holidays) for items to ship. All orders are shipped via USPS (US Postal Service), Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is shipped. 
  • If you have NOT received a tracking number after 7-10 business days, please check your junk/spam then email us to inquire about your order. If you have any questions, please contact us via email us.
  • Once you have received a tracking number for your order, any issues or concerns regarding the shipment must be handled through the U.S. Postal Service, as the order is now in their possession. You can contact the U.S. Postal Service at,or (800) 275-8777.
  • If a shipment is showing "DELIVERED" with your tracking number, you will need to contact your post office, as that is a delivery issue, and we would not be able to correct a delivery issue. Delivery issues (including damage, theft, and mis-deliveries MUST be handed through the U.S. Postal Service.)
  • If your order is returned to Lone Willow Creations for "insufficient address" or any other reason that is not the fault of LWC, your order will be refunded and restocked with a 10% restocking fee. Shipping will not be refunded.
